It’s been a while since the last update. Well, the side hustle hasn’t made much progress either. This has various reasons. There were and are professional and private changes. For this reasons the priorities were and are different at the moment. Not much time is left for this project idea at the moment…
At the beginning I was full of enthusiasm and quickly made progress (#initialEnthusiasm). Had a draft on a business model and critical hypotheses to verify. Tried to work on it. Made some first steps using prototyping. Had fun. A lot of fun actually! The first future questions/challenges came in quickly and were published by me on quest.inpiique.ch. But when I wasn’t constantly after it anymore, this stream dried up… Soon I realized that it requires a lot of effort. The initial enthusiasm has gone (#realitySetsIn). A collapse in energy followed. Still… Some hypotheses were proven true. Some were shown to have been achieved. But at this stage of the idea, other metrics would have made more sense, but those weren’t achieved. The idea (and me too?) was stuck. But then in the last quarter of 2021, a few more inputs came in as responses to a survey (which is still online, by the way) (#marketFeedback). The answers indicated a certain tendency. That got me back on track. Could this be a problem worth solving (#problemSolutionFit)? We will see. For now, it’s a matter of taking a step back to regain momentum. The important thing is to learn from it and not give up. Let’s see what happens (#experimentingAndPivoting)! Stay tuned!
